KEEPING YOUR GYM BRAIN IN GEAR AND FLEXIBLE!
During the Coronavirus pandemic school gymnastics lessons have been curtailed and squad training minimised because of government regulations. However I want to keep your brain cells supple, learning about gymnastics and ISGA in particular.
My aim is to publish a quiz or activity here which you can do. Quite a lot of that would mean searching on this website. Answers will be posted here after a certain date.
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
Anyone interested in ISGA gymnastics! – gymnasts, teachers, coaches, judges, scorers etc.
Some of you have been competing for many years. A few have competed as gymnasts and are now teachers and coaching your own schools teams, or judging. Others have only joined the ISGA family recently. So there may be an easy version of the activity and a harder one. You can complete which one you wish, unless the rules state differently. At times it will be a case of searching hard and persisting. Adults and senior gymnasts may want to see how many answers they can write down before checking on the website.
Suzanne, the ISGA Secretary, will send out an email to the person in charge of gymnastics at your school so that you can let your gymnasts know that a new activity has been published. Otherwise keep checking this page.
