Maximum of 5 gymnasts per team. Maximum number of teams – two
Set Vault and Voluntary Floor, under I.S.G.A. 5 Piece rules.
10m x 10m. No flics allowed. Coaches’ prompting will not be penalised.
Two categories for individuals – Novice – 2 hours per week training.
Intermediate – between 2 –and 4 hours per week training.
Gymnasts who train more than 4 hours a week are not eligible.
A positive, enjoyable experience for each girl, a platform to go on to greater things.
Up to two hours training for the individual novice section, 2-4 hours for the intermediates. No club
gymnasts please that exceed the four hour rule as this is essentially a
novice competition. (No flicks). We are looking for a better balance between
the novice and intermediate groups so can you please divide your teams
accordingly even if they do less hours.
