Annual Disclaimer
Every year the Annual Disclaimer needs to be signed as The Independent Schools Gymnastics Association and Host Schools cannot accept liability for any loss or damage or accident however caused to the person or personal property of any person attending any event organised under the auspices of the Association.
Please download this year’s Annual Disclaimer, print it, fill in and sign the form, and then have it signed by your Head Teacher. Once you have completed the form please send it back to our Administrator.
Competition Entry Forms
The Administrator will forward your official entry forms on receipt of your affiliation fee’
Affiliation Forms
The administrator emails the Affiliation form to all member schools and new enquiries. Please contact administrator@isgagymnastics.org if you are interested in affiliating
