I.S.G.A. Training Day

We will be covering the Voluntary & Set Floors plus Voluntary & Set Vaults for both Girls and Boys, 4 and 5 Piece competitions, not only a coach but also as a judge ie from both sides of the coin. We will be talking about deductions, bonuses and generally how to get the best possible score! The judging sheets will be explained and we will cover exactly how scores are arrived at. There will be time for questions for us to answer, on any section of I.S.G.A. competition rules. There will be gymnasts present so that you can see it all in action or you may bring a gymnast/ gymnasts of your own and we can practise marking their routines and they can try out some progressions for new skills.
